From Friday 9 to Sunday 11 October 2026, Biela noc turns Košice into a route of light art, projections and performances. According to the organiser, most installations are open from 7 pm to midnight on all three evenings. The map is free and visitors need not follow the numbered works in order.

The programme lists 27 numbered works. NONOTAK presents SATELLITES at the Kunsthalle on Rumanova 1. In the city park, Yasuhiro Chida’s AFTEREAL stands by the small bridge and H3’s SOL MACHINA near the pavilion. The route moves between buildings and open space.

SATELLITES combines loud sound with intense flashing light. The organiser warns of a risk for people with photosensitive epilepsy and says it may be uncomfortable for young children or visitors sensitive to light and sound. Here the practical warning matters as much as the atmosphere.

Indoor and enclosed spaces generally require a BN PASS unless the map says otherwise. A standard pass costs €15 for ages 12 to 61; children aged 6 to 11 pay €5. Entry is free up to age 5 and from age 62. An online pass must be exchanged on site for a wristband.

That exchange is available at the Kunsthalle and Kasárne/Kulturpark. Their counters open from 6.30 pm to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and until 10 pm on Sunday. The organiser also provides an app for programme changes. Planning an evening begins with the current map and access rules for each work.
